2. Persist without expectations
3. Value yourself unconditionally during profound doubt
*Change Allowance: A culturally learned concept of how long it should take for conditions to unfold: healing, falling in love, intimacy, aging, deservingness, illness, disclosure, trust.
Embodying the three components I propose, will gradually permit hope to surface again, because it never died. It was simply a prisoner of despair.
When hope returns, celebrate your resilience and courage.
